A: You attend 6 group calls for an hour each.  You simply need to show up, check-in and follow the conversation.  We'll connect with the members of the group to see how everyone's doing, and then dive into an energy clearing, with a different theme for each day. 

At the end of the session, you'll be asked to take an action in your personal life or business, something out of your comfort zone but exciting and relevant to you.  For one participant, it was going car shopping and for me in the first group, it was declaring I was publishing my book and taking action steps towards that. 

So there is some "work" for you to do between calls, and this would be actions steps you want take to move forward in your business or personally.

You'll be provided with a workbook to guide you through the experience.

A: Yes, every call is recorded and the links are emailed to you later that day.  Even if you're on the call, you are encouraged to download the recordings and listen to them again between sessions, to do deeper releasing.

A: In the energy clearing portion, all you need to do is relax and listen.  The experience is much like a guided meditation. There may be times where I invite you to visualize something, or place your hand on your body, like your heart or abdomen, to assist with releasing old/stuck energy.  I may also invite you to breathe in a particular way.  You don't need to know how to work with energy, just simply follow my guidance.  Some people fall asleep during the energy clearings- that is completely normal. Sometimes your conscious mind needs to get out of the way, and the transformation goes right into the subconscious mind.

After the session you may find that you need a bit of time to process the energy (a short walk often helps, some people cry or need to punch a pillow), or that you're on fire and ready to dive in to the day.  Journalling your insights is really powerful too. 

A: You know the Ready To Be Seen Group Energy Clearing Program is for you if you want to feel confident and take bold action, and you feel like something's holding you back. Here are some signs of self sabotaging patterns that your subconscious mind will use to keep you in your comfort zone: 

• You have a big vision for your business, but you find that you are constantly distracted doing other things.
• You sign up for programs, and even though others are making amazing progress, you don't get results because you don't fully follow-through
• You're tired of feeling like there's this heavy cloud over you that keeps you scattered and uncertain in your business.

A: The sessions are at the beginning of your day, so they won't interrupt the flow of your day. They will energize you, helping you to be more confident and productive!

A: You can use your 1:1 sessions any time before during or within 3 months after the Ready To Be Seen program.  In these sessions, we'll go deeper into the specifics of your business.  In the half day session we'll review your vision, your offers, target market and create a 3 month plan.  In the 30 minute 1:1 sessions, we'll review your action steps, Jennifer will provide feedback, and if necessary, do energy clearings to give you an extra boost.

A: Those who are drawn to the program are ready for deep transformation.  We build lots of momentum when the sessions are close together.  You'll notice shifts faster when they are close and you're able to peel back more and more layers to get to the True you.
